  • When will I receive my order?

Your order should be with you within 2-5 working days from when you receive your shipping email. In some busy areas this could take slightly longer. We aim to work off a 1-3 day turnaround, however during busy periods this becomes a 3-5 day turnaround.



  • What days are your shipping days?

We ship orders everyday from Monday to Friday! Any orders made after 12pm on a Thursday will be sent first thing Monday! If you order on a weekend, your order won’t be shipped until the next possible working day. If you want your order shipped before the weekend please ensure to order before 12pm on a Thursday. If you need more information regarding shipping please get in contact.



  • I’ve entered the wrong delivery info, what should I do?

If you have entered the wrong delivery information please let us know ASAP so we can get this changed before it is shipped. If your order is shipped and you don’t let us know beforehand, we cannot be liable. You can do this through our ‘Contact Us’ page! 



  • Can a gift note be added to my order as I’m buying as a gift for someone?

Yes! If you’re buying as a gift for someone, once at checkout add your gift note message in the ‘additional info/delivery info’ box and this will be handwritten for you. If buying as a gift for someone be sure to use their name when checking out - this ensures that the parcel is addressed to them! 



  • I have a question! What’s the best way to get in contact?

The most effective and fastest way to get in contact with me is through our ‘Contact Us’ page. Simply fill out the form, this will send an email directly to me and I will get back to you within a 24 hour period. You can also contact us through our Instagram or Facebook pages.
