We use Royal Mail to ship all orders to our customers. Royal Mail offers a safe, and fast delivery service. We currently don't offer a tracked delivery method, however you can use Royal Mail Track and Trace service to be notified when your order has been delivered. Please contact us for your unique shipping reference number.

Amendments to your order
If you're needing to amend the delivery address on your order please get in contact ASAP so this can be changed before your order is shipped. Once your order has shipped we are not liable for lost parcels if you entered the delivery address incorrectly. Please double check your address before confirming your order.
If you're wanting to add a product onto your order please get in contact so we can see if this is possible. Again please do this ASAP before your order is shipped.

We're available to answer all your queries 7 days a week! Please note: we try to respond as fast as possible, but sometimes it can be up to 24 hours.
All products you purchase from us come labelled with an allergen sticker. This reads of which allergens are in the product.
We're always happy to help anyone suffering with a food allergy, by sending them the relevant information they need before placing an order.
Some of our sweets contain: Gluten, Soya, Wheat, and Milk. There may also be traces of nuts. Our sweets contain Gelatine, unless ordering a vegetarian/vegan box.
To ensure a safe delivery, please get in contact if you have an allergy before ordering. This way we can cater to you and make sure that the product you are ordering is completely safe. We can not guarantee products will be available for all allergens. We will let you know if we cannot cater to your allergy.
Images shown on products on the website may be different to the product you receive this is due to stock changes, we regularly update our stock so theres something new each time you order. We cannot guarantee that the same sweets shown in the images will be in your box/pouch.
Returns & Refunds
If you've placed an order, and are wanting to cancel it, we are happy to offer you a full refund if contacted in the first 12 hours since you placed your order.
If returning an item for a refund please note we only accept items that are unopened and in their original packaging. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Shipping costs are non refundable. Returns should be sent with a tracking reference or proof of postage.
